In-district usage

The Vail Theatre of the Arts is available for use on Monday through Thursday nights for Vail Unified School District student performances, graduations, awards ceremonies, and other events subject to the approval of the Performing Arts Theatre Director. Basic theatre usage for Monday through Thursday nights is covered at no charge. Requests resulting in additional expense to the theatre such as piano-tuning before a specific performance or custodial/theatre tech labor for performances on other nights of the week will be billed to the school making the request.

Requests are now being accepted for the 2012-2013 school year. The Theatre Use Request has been updated to gather more information about your needs so that we can group performances based on setup to better serve your needs. Please complete the updated VTOTA Theatre Use Request and send via interoffice mail to Bonnie Vining at VTOTA. (Do not fax or email it to me please.) Please submit a separate request for each production.
