The Vail Theatre of the Arts is available to rent for your meeting, concert, play, or other event. If you are interested in renting it, call Bonnie Vining at 520-879-3925 to find out if a date is available that meets your needs. We will place a two week hold on the date to allow time to complete the required paperwork.

The fax machine is in the Empire High School office, so please notify me if you fax your request. When your Theatre Use Request form is received, we will generate a contract for your signature. Please return with a check for 50% of the total rental fee. When we receive the contract and deposit, the date will be confirmed.
