In the late 1920′s, girls were hired by the corporations to paint radium paint onto the dials of watches. However, the girls started to have health-related issues from the intense amount of radium to which they were exposed. The girls took action and sued the Radium Corporation. The play tells of the case and the issues that the girls faced through the trials.
