Vail Laughs

Vail Laughs is based on one simple idea:

Clean comedy for a good price.
Entertainment standards have definitely shifted over the years. As the world keeps moving faster, it takes more energy to get our attention in the noise. Unfortunately, much of our entertainment uses shock value and other cheap antics to get it. It’s almost a celebration of being rude and insulting, bringing the audience down right along with the entertainers.
But life is funny enough without having to be vulgar!
Think about this:

We drive to the gym so we can walk on a treadmill. We carry these high tech devices in our pockets, the knowledge of all the world at our fingertips and we use them to send each other videos of screaming goats. Or the irony of reaching adulthood and discovering our parents actually had a point about naps.

What a strange bunch of creatures we are!

Our award winning comedians are as committed to this ideal as we are, bringing you quality entertainment month after month and leaving behind all the vulgarity and cheap antics.  Quite simply, it’s high quality entertainment you can bring your entire family to. The most important decision you have for the evening is whether to leave the kids or the babysitter at home.

Brian

A professional stand-up comedian since 1997, Brian Apprille has performed all over the country making people laugh at casinos, clubs, colleges, churches, conventions, and other events.

Critics call him “brilliantly entertaining” and “coast-to-coast funny” as he talks about his personal struggles with weight and a potentially career-ending illness, along with observations about the quirks of society and life. He blends them with a selection from his arsenal of over 100 impressions, resulting in a performance that has been called “a spectacular exhibition of high-energy comedy” that both entertains and inspires!

Brian has been featured on AOL’s Comedy Spotlight, SprintTV, has appeared on NBC, as well as in Disney’s hit movie The Game Plan.

Lisa

The show will also feature Lisa Gilbert who because she always spelled words funny has never won a spelling bee. Lucky us! He funny spelled words have been woven into interesting and hilarious stories! There is a method to her clean, clever and really funny punchlines. She’s a mother of triplets!

We are delighted that she’s willing to travel all the way from Lemon Grove, California to bring a clean and family friendly style comedy for all ages.
